What is a Filter Press Cloth Panel?
A filter press cloth panel is the specially cut and stitched filtering fabric fitted over a filter press plate. It is the actual filtration medium that separates solid particles from liquid during the filter-press cycle.
During operation:
Slurry → Filter Cloth → Filtrate → Drainage Channel
The liquid passes through the cloth, while the suspended solids are retained on the cloth and progressively form a filter cake.
